MiChart and HITS Resources

MiChart is the Michigan Medicine electronic health record (EHR). Epic Systems was implemented for an enterprise-wide EHR and was turned on for patient care in 2012.

I have listed some of the main resources, webpages and contact info for MiChart and HITS (Health Information Technology & Services) below.

A searchable knowledgebase of high-yield MiChart features for physicians and trainees including How-To Videos and resources. I created MiChartFLY to help colleagues who want to more easily master MiChart 'on the fly, and Just in Time'.

HITS website lists locations for "Help Me Now" face to face help.  The team at these locations is always outstanding. I consistently have a great experience and they always work hard to get me an answer right away or on follow-up.
